250 g of sugar
2 bourbon vanilla sugar
100 g of dark chocolate
1 egg
180 ml of red wine
140 g flour
30 g cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
200 ml sweet cream (melt with 100 g chocolate)
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and line the mold with baking paper. Mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Melt the dark chocolate on a steamer or in the microwave, then add it to the butter and continue beating with a mixer. Then add the egg, and after a few minutes the red wine. Add a pinch of salt, baking powder, and then slowly add flour and cocoa, mix it with your hands until the texture looks creamy enough. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the sweet cream and pour over the cake, serve it with a glass of your favorite red wine, and enjoy your new addiction ;).
